Government Shutdown Update

Due to the Federal Government shutdown, we would like to offer the following updates regarding the processes that are being impacted. The temporary policies below are effective immediately, and will automatically expire when the federal government resumes full operations.

IRS Transcripts

For loan submissions that currently require IRS transcripts (such as Jumbo, Self Employed, Rental Income, or Commission Income over 25%) the transcripts must still be provided prior to final approval. We will monitor the situation and provide communication as updates are available.

VVOE for Government Furloughed Employment

The closing and funding of a transaction will not be affected by the inability to obtain a VVOE ( Verbal Verification of Employment ) for a government employee.The bank will obtain the VVOE for these borrowers when the government becomes operational.
